Catastrophe. Something is constantly being forgotten. That is on purpose. Incredible cheek. I'll be back in this branch

French fries almost cold once again! The last complaint said you can't make new fries for every customer .. Really cheeky! Will contact Mc Donald's headquarters! That will not do.

Very well organized The shop in müllheim could take a look at something here.

Everything went well with the drive in.

Always busy McDonalds. Clearly arranged McDrive, road well developed and not too narrow. Employees are always friendly, waiting times are a little longer from time to time. Plenty of parking spaces available. Tables are mostly clean and disinfected.

Half of the menu was missing. Very annoying when you have to order at the counter due to Corona and discover at home that things are missing

I got zero stars for today. Cold food, staff and scheffin very unfriendly. Unfortunately, the ambience lacks cleanliness and the staff has an enormous knowledge of German. A cheek for any system catering

Always a good starting point for a quick meal in between. Unfortunately the ice machine is always broken

But sloppy fries without salt, forgotten sauces again. Burger just felt like thrown in. Has lost animal quality. It used to be much better.

Ordered at the McDrive and then you don't check the goods ... the hamburger that you paid for and the McChicken are already missing. Of course, that was only noticed at home ... it's not worth going back. Really annoying.

The meat in the BigMc was raw. When I asked for a new one, it was raw again. Paid € 7 for free.

The staff is generally nice. The store could be a bit cleaner. The food always comes very quickly after ordering and is always warm when it arrives at the table.

Catastrophe! For the second time, I have not received the complete order. Had to point it out twice today until I had my order complete. There is chaos in this shop, staff don't speak German.

Sticky tables, rude staff. Unfortunately no breakfast, although advertised at the entrance. Had to wait 15 minutes for coffee even though there was only one other guest. A lot of birds.

Older Asian casher wearing gloves, all good. But taking money with gloves and after that touching everything from my order is unacceptable. And if most of Freiburg comes here for food, then it makes people think how secure are they. McDonald's Emmendingen have separate worker's at casher and food settings.

I really like the latest changes they implemented after the renovation. The place looks much better now! They also added the ordering screens that make the customer experience much smoother. The service is fast, even on crowded evenings. It’s our favorite McDonald’s in Freiburg. The vegan burger is pretty tasty.

Okay things. Not so great menu options but quiet comfy and comes handy Cinnamon roll is disaster.

Worst experience ever in a McDonald's restaurant. Long queues, terrible audience. Very loud music and lots of screaming children. The fries were served raw and cold! When bringing these back I did not get an apology, hesitantly another packet was pressed in my hand with a nasty comment. Disgrace for this chain , terrible experience overall.
